Employee Wellness
A
few days ago in our company, the human resources department
We were thinking of a series of measures to achieve good welness in the company
The objective is search ideas to improve the health,
the motivation and the productivity of the employees of the company with the
intention of have a good work environment.
One of the main
ideas to improve the wellness in a company is create a place like an
"office", one place to chill out, where we would found a fridge,
coffee machine, "snack machine"...
Also is probably
that the productivity increase having a sofa to relax ten or fifteen minutes,
inside of this "office".
To make this
process more comfortable and easier the prices of the drinks and meals offered
are affordable.
If the room is
large may also have a table and some chairs.
